So when the new Penguin exhibit opened we knew we had to be there! We actually went for the Grand Opening AKA the Penguin Plunge last week. It was so much fun! Dignitaries, Ice Sculptures & Flash-Mobs! But the lineup to see the penguins was 2 hours long. So we left vowing to come back soon. Yesterday morning we got in line in the shivering cold and waiting to see the little creatures. Totally worth the wait!! The are amazing and entertaining - come and visit us and we will take you!
Of course we also had to go see the Hippo`s (Lucy`s favorite) and the Giraffes. Then a quick hot chocolate stop and home for a nap!
