Started off the day with a wee sleep-in while Glenn & Lucy made a lovely breakfast with all my favourites! Croissants, fruit & yogurt! (and chocolate cake for breakfast....Bill Cosby anyone?? inside joke between Glenn & I)
Then Glenn had planned for us to go to the Saskatoon Farm for lunch. Which was a wonderful idea....I love it there! Unfortunately all of Southern Alberta (it seemed like it anyways.....) had the same plan. We never got to eat lunch as it was over an hour wait. But we had a lovely time walking the grounds, checking out the store, browsing the greenhouse (have I told you happy greenhouses make me? I could be in one all day) and watching the hilarious roosters.
All in all a lovely day......but the very best part? Spending it with my amazing little girl and her amazing daddy.
