Has it been six months? Really? In some ways it feels like we are still getting to know you and in others it seems as if you have always been a part of our family.
The other night we were sitting in front of the fire, just the 3 of us and I played "I Loved Her First" by Heartland. (if you haven't heard this song, I insist you go and listen to it....have your kleenex ready) You and your Dad start dancing around the living room together. You were giggling and loving it.......and your mom? Her heart was melting down to a puddle. She choked back the tears and thought of how amazing our lives have been since you joined us.
We are so glad to have had 6 months with you and can hardly believe that in another 6 months you will be a year. We are loving getting to know you and can hardly wait for what the future years will reveal.
