Now I love me some guacamole, however I have yet to find a home-made recipe I like. Mostly because the majority of them have cilantro in them. And people I loath cilantro.
So when I spied the jar at Superstore on Monday I decided to gamble. And it was great!!! I love the idea that I can pull it out last minute if I have some avocados that are going bad.

How about plain old avocado and salt mashed up. I think that's the best! And... I loath cilantro too!
